Philadelphia 76ers Roster Report 2008-03-15

Philadelphia 76ers Roster Report 2008-03-15
ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Andre Miller, Shooting guard Andre Iguodala, Small forward Thaddeus Young, Power forward Reggie Evans, Center Samuel Dalembert. Bench -- Guard Lou Williams, Guard/forward Rodney Carney, Forward/center Jason Smith, Guard Kevin Ollie, Center Calvin Booth.

PLAYER NOTES:

--G Andre Miller, who sat out the fourth quarter against the Pistons with a low back strain/contusion and abdominal strain, returned to score 18 points in 33 minutes. He extended his league-leading consecutive games played streak to 432 straight games, now that the Spurs' Bruce Bowen had to sit out Friday due to a one-game NBA suspension after appearing in 500 straight.

--G/F Rodney Carney has scored 20 of his 34 points in the fourth quarter during the past two road wins over the Pistons and Bulls. He had 12 of his 18 points in the final quarter versus Chicago.

--G Lou Williams is shooting 8-for-36 (.222) from the field in the past three games. He has missed all five of his three-point attempts in that time.

--F Reggie Evans isn't known as a scorer, as his 5.5-point average would attest. But when he reaches double-figures, the Sixers are 9-0 this season.

--G Willie Green (low back strain) missed his second consecutive game. He's expected to return Saturday versus the Spurs.
