Philadelphia 76ers Notes, Quotes 2009-03-19
--The Sixers, who visit Golden State Friday, have accumulated 511 made free throws over the last 25 games while opponents have attempted just 508 free throws. The Sixers are averaging 4.1 more attempts than the opposition this season, the second-highest differential in the league.

--The Sixers have only had four seasons, dating back to 1955-56, in which their leading scorer averaged fewer than 20 points: 1962-63, 1993-94, 1995-96 and last season (Andre Iguodala, 19.9). Iguodala is averaging 18.2 points in 2008-09.

QUOTE TO NOTE: "This was a great win for us. I can't think of a better one. It shows the resiliency of the team." -- Head coach Tony DiLeo, on Tuesday's 94-93 road victory over the Lakers in which the Sixers overcame a 14-point fourth-quarter deficit against the Western Conference's best team.
